Once the harness is adjusted for the cat (without any pressure on the cat’s throat), gently tighten the shoulder pads as needed to allow a greater control and fit, while ensuring your cat’s safety when walking. The harness puts pressure on your cat’s chest rather than on her weaker throat, and the soft stretch nylon leash looses tension with every move. The length of the leash can go from 100 cm to 162 cm, giving your cat some «slack» in case he suddenly decides to make a leap forward during your walk. 

To keep your cat safe the harness exerts light pressure on the shoulders and not on the throat.

The 1.05-metre elastic rubber leash gives “slack” when you approach the end of your cat’s leash.
